ADK Champlain (Adirondack Mountains/Lake Champlain NY)

With many years of experience creating, reclaiming, restoring and renovating, with budgets from as small as none, investing little more than time and a LOT of New York energy and tenacity, some very great things have happened in my life-time. 

Old barns have been given new life, old furniture has been restored and even re-created. I’ve given old wasted space bursts of life and colours, turning trash dumps and potash piles into bursts of flowers. Trees have been trimmed, lawns have been discovered, recovered and grown in the worst of places. And organic vegetable gardens have provided food for many. And yes, of course, there’s been plumbing, carpentry and electric work too.
